Internet Explorer keeps a list of every website you visit, which is handy if you ever want to revisit a site you’ve been to and can’t remember its address. Deleting your browsing history is also easy if you’re concerned about privacy or you just want to free up space on your phone.

1. Return to a Site

  1. In Internet Explorer, tap Favorites.

  2. Flick to History.

  3. Flick through the list to the site you want to revisit, and then tap it.

2. Delete History

  1. In Internet Explorer, tap Favorites.

  2. To remove all the sites from your history, tap Delete. When the confirmation dialog box appears, tap Delete again.
